Data we use

We process owner email addresses, public profile and tile content, purchase and claim records, moderation reports, notification preferences, technical security signals and privacy-conscious analytics.

Why we use it

We use this information to record ownership, publish and price tiles, process payments, prevent abuse, send requested operational emails, resolve reports and understand aggregate product usage.

Processors

Supabase provides database, realtime updates and storage; Stripe processes and confirms paid claims; the configured email provider delivers operational messages; DataFast provides analytics; and OpenAI may classify submitted text and images for safety. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by tile.lol.

Retention and choices

Public ownership history is retained to explain tile pricing and provenance. Pending uploads, security buckets and operational logs are periodically cleaned up. You can request access, correction, deletion or changes to operational emails by contacting privacy@tile.lol. Some transaction, fraud and ownership records must be retained.
