The marketplace

tile.lol sells revocable rights to display approved content across specific tiles. Purchasing tiles does not transfer intellectual-property rights, guarantee traffic, or promise that surrounding content will remain unchanged.

Ownership changes

Any active tile may be claimed by another buyer at its displayed next price. A takeover ends the previous owner’s display rights for those tiles. Completed purchases are normally final except where law requires otherwise or tile.lol determines that fraud or a technical error occurred.

Your content

You confirm that you own or are authorised to publish every image, name, description, message and link you submit. You grant tile.lol a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process, resize, display and promote that content while your tiles remain active.

Enforcement

We may hide, reject or remove content; restrict claims; block domains; preserve evidence; or suspend access when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or marketplace integrity. Contact support@tile.lol for claim or purchase questions.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected claim to the fullest extent permitted by law.
